not a cry for help,
but a reminder
that silence still bleeds
 
i stayed quiet
because breaking free
feels too much like breaking apart
 
but when the scream rose,
it was a storm —
sharp enough to tear the threads clean
 
the tape was never the prison
just a mirror
for the chains i forged myself
